Self Defense by Chelsey, Embrace Your Strength

Join us for a hands-on workshop focused on practical defensive techniques and safety awareness in everyday situations. 

You’ll learn how to use your voice, trust your intuition, and be aware of your surroundings. Instructor will guide you through basic striking techniques and break-away tactics, with opportunities to practice hitting padded mats and working with a partner.

Please wear athletic attire, bring water, and note that class size is limited to 14 participants. This class is for women and teens aged 14 and up. Minors must be accompanied by a participating adult.
